Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our endpoint infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, deploying endpoints, or otherwise using FormProxy (“Service”), operated by Innerkore Technologies Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account or send data to our POST endpoints. Your continued usage of our developer portal constitutes immediate acceptance of these terms.
2. Service Description
FormProxy is a serverless form infrastructure and endpoint routing platform operated by Innerkore Technologies Private Limited. The Service enables developers, agencies, and marketers to register secure form endpoints, store submissions in a searchable admin dashboard, pass form data to third-party integrations (Slack, Airtable, Webhooks, Google Sheets, Zapier, Email), and deploy custom spam-filtering honeypots.
3. Account Registration
To register an active developer dashboard profile:
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete email verification details
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and tokens
- You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized workspace access
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage or breaches of security
4. Data Residency
During account registration, you select a primary data storage residency region (such as India, or upcoming EU, US, or Brazil).
Your account configurations and user-submitted forms will be stored in your chosen region in compliance with local regulations (such as DPDP Act 2023 in India, or GDPR in the EU). Any region migrations requested post-setup are subject to a standard 30-day scheduling and validation window.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You represent and warrant that your use of FormProxy will comply with all regional guidelines. You agree **NOT** to use our endpoints to collect or process:
We maintain an automated scanner that logs potential violations. FormProxy reserves the immediate right to block any endpoint or suspend dashboard privileges for infractions of these rules without prior warning.
6. Pricing and Payment
We charge subscription fees based on the limits and features associated with your selected tier.
- Billing Cycles: Subscription upgrades are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe (International payments) or PayU (India payments).
- Tier Changes: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your subsequent billing period.
- Refund Window:We support a 14-day refund policy, applicable **ONLY** if you haven't exceeded 5% of your selected tier's monthly submission limits.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or adjust limit quotas. You will receive email announcements outlining material pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.
7. Service Availability
We strive for a **99.9% uptime SLA** across our endpoint routes and API gateway.
Scheduled database maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via our developer status board. We are not liable for business interruptions, loss of leads, or integrations delivery failure stemming from general system downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
**Your Content:** You retain full ownership, title, and copyright over all database submissions, custom metadata, and forms captured via FormProxy. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, parse, and route this content on your behalf.
**Our Platform:** All proprietary algorithms, dashboard components, site UI, brands, logo, stylesheets, and documentation are the exclusive property of Innerkore Technologies Private Limited.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or completely restrict access to your FormProxy dashboard profile for violation of acceptable use guidelines, non-payment of subscription fees, or fraudulent API usage.
Upon termination, you will immediately lose routing access. We hold your data in a grace recovery state for 30 days. On day 31, all records and submission endpoints are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database systems.
10. Liability and Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Innerkore Technologies Private Limited will not be held liable for database corruptions, data leaks occurring on client endpoints, downtime events, or indirect loss of revenue. Our maximum total liability for any dispute is strictly limited to the cumulative amount you paid us during the 12-month period preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innerkore Technologies Private Limited, our officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any third-party claims, legal fees, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the endpoint infrastructure.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Disputes, claims, or arbitration processes are governed strictly based on your region of corporate registration or billing address:

Arbitration processes required for any disputes exceeding $10,000.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material amendments (e.g. adjustments in API limit thresholds or payment rules) will be sent via email notification 30 days in advance of their active date.
Your continued utilization of FormProxy endpoints after modifications have been published constitutes immediate and binding agreement to the updated Terms of Service.
