We collect three main categories of information. As a developer using FormProxy, we collect details about you. As a platform receiving form submissions, we store the content submitted by your end-users.
Account Information
When you register for a FormProxy account, we collect your name, email address, password (securely hashed), billing information, and country region selection.
Form Submissions Data (Processor Role)
We store files, inputs, metadata (IP address, referrers, browser details), and request headers from the POST endpoints you publish. We act strictly as a processing pipe for your submissions.
Technical & Usage Logs
We collect server logs, rate limit history, spam protection analytics (honeypots, Captcha verifications), and active integrations delivery success logs.
4. How We Use Your Data
We process and leverage your data solely to execute stable service operations, secure your form pipelines, and dispatch webhooks. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Run stable form routing pipelines
- Authenticate and secure admin logins
- Identify and suppress spam submissions
- Format data outputs (CSV exports, JSON schemas)
- Route integrations (Slack, Sheets, Webhooks)

7. Data Retention
